Week 4

Chinese New Year is coming.

I didn't do my SALL hour at the designated time but I did something during my way back to Malaysia for Chinese New Year celebration.

But still, I did something relaxing - watching English movie without subtitle.

I watched 17 Again on the plane and try to switch off the subtitle.

It was a good training for me and the movie is quite simple and easy to understand.

Love watching movie!

Week 3

Today, I planned to work on my listening.

Searching some podcast online and found this interesting website:

This made me more motivated to do my SALL hour as it's really appear to be attractive to me.

The owner shared about his hiking experience which I hope I am able to do so next time.

As the saying goes, it's only once in a life. Just do it when you want to do it!

Week 2

I wish to work on Grammar since I didn't do well in my diagnostic test.

This is an interesting website.

I first work on the crossword puzzle to learn more vocab.

Then i continued with the grammar exercises - irregular verbs and preposition.

My study strategy is to work on the medium level first in order to gain some interest and confidence to continue with difficult level.

For the difficult level, I has been working on the incorrect quizzes.

I also read the English newspaper before I sleep.

CAES2802

Today is the first day of class for CAES2802.

Introducing our lecturer: Ms. Ashley.

We had our first diagnostic test and been briefed about the SALL hour.

This is a great opportunity for me to write and improve myself.
